The purpose of this project was to create a building that was at least 70% outdoor space, that would theoretically serve the Main Street area of Downtown Bryan, Texas. The ultimate goal was that the space would become a hub for people to gather that would not require payment for general entertainment. This allows everyone to use the space freely without fear of crossing into semi-private space meant only for patrons of particular businesses. The building celebrates the historic color palette of Downtown Bryan and encourages people to gather in a public space.
