This project was to design an affordable housing complex that still retained high end features. The individual houses were to have large apertures letting in light to promote better mental and physical health for the residents and the surrounding grounds were to have low cost amenities, like green spaces, that provide residents with space to live so they do not feel cramped or restrained. There is a five story complex made up of one, two, and three bedroom housing options complimented by outdoor spaces for each unit, a green space, a bus route, a grocery store, a gas station, and many other restaurants and commercial businesses.
